This comprehensive 3-hour workshop is the first of its kind in Ireland, as it combines the leading nutritional research of pant-based eating with a transition and recipe guide. Students will be taken through the practicalities of switching their diet and eating plant-based long term. The course content will cover everything from nutrients, supplements, shopping list & meal plans, with easy to replicate recipe demos. Each student will receive a workbook containing a shopping list, meal plan, and recipes, along with nutritional information and references for further reading.

Upon completing the workshop, students will have a strong understanding and solid foundation to start on or improve their existing plant-based diet. The workshop booklet serves as a go-to guide and blueprint to transition onto and maintain this way of eating. The nutritional information conveyed in the workshop will be referenced & also accompanied by further resources for continued learning. This is key to maintaining health and thriving on the diet long term.

Workshop takes place on the first Monday of every Month from 6 pm to 9 pm at our brand new custom built plant based kitchen at Plant Based Academy, Second Floor, Green Door Organic Market, Bluebell Business Park, Dublin 12.
